For those, who require a carer or an organisation to assist them with shopping; here at Grundy’s Shoes we aim to make this process as seamless as possible. For more information for either in-store or online shopping for yourself or a carer, please see below.

 

FOR INDIVIDUALS WHO REQUIRE ASSISTANCE

If you require, in-store fitting for a pair of our lifestyle and comfortable footwear; please visit us in-store at any of our store locations, found here.

Once you have found the perfect pair of shoes, we will send an invoice to your personal carer or organisation to finalise the payment so you can enjoy your new pair of shoes.

Please check with your carer/organisation of what shoes you are able to buy (depending on brand, personal budget.)

 

FOR PERSONAL CARERS AND ORGANISATIONS

If you have a client, requiring a new pair of lifestyle and comfortable footwear, you may contact any of our stores for assistance. Requirements are listed below, with options for either in-store or online payments.

Please note, we DO NOT accept over the phone payments.

For orders, please specify:

  • Brand, shoe style, size, colour.
  • Client details: name, address, phone number.

If you would like to proceed with IN – STORE PAYMENT & PICKUP; please call the store location, you require. Details of each store are found here.

 

For all ONLINE PAYMENTS, please provide the details listed above; we will send you an online invoice to the carer/organisation email address, where you will be able to select either FREE STANDARD SHIPPING (OVER $100) to the client address provided or a CLICK & COLLECT for any store.

 

We will hold the shoe/s for 24 hours, for payments organised after this time frame; you will need to call the relevant store or online department to check for the stock.
