Layby, Returns and Refunds

REFUND POLICY

If you’re happy then we are happy, so if, for any reason, your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn items within 14 business days from the date of dispatch for a refund.

Please note this refund policy is for ONLINE ONLY.
(If you have purchased your shoes in-store, a 7 day refund/30 day exchange policy applies.)

You may also visit any one of our Grundy’s Shoe stores for an exchange or refund* with your tax receipt.

*You may only return items for a refund to any one of our stores if you have paid by Credit Card, all PayPal returns for refunds must be returned by post.

REFUNDS

If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund*. Simply return your unwanted goods to us;

  • Unworn (please try on shoes whilst on carpet)
  • In its original condition
  • In its original shoe box
  • Within 14 business days from the date of dispatch together with a copy of our returns form. (Please note that this refund policy is for ONLINE only. If you have purchased your shoes in-store, a 7 day refund/30 day exchange policy applies)
  • We do not refund accessory/shoe care items

Please email us at estore@grundysshoes.com.au to obtain a copy of our returns form if you have misplaced the one which came with your order.

Please note that returned items remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customers expense unless the item is faulty, damaged or in the case of incorrect supply of shoes, so remember to ask for proof of postage/parcel tracking in case it goes missing.

Refunds are always processed using the original method of payment at the time of purchase (Credit Card or PayPal account) within 1-5 working days of receiving the item/s at our Head Office.

*A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.

 

EXCHANGES

Grundy’s Shoes do not exchange items* unless the item is of the exact same value as the item being exchanged. If you have an item you wish to exchange please return the original item and place a new order.

*You may exchange your items in one of our stores.

 

FAULTY GOODS

If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify our Customer Service on +61 (08) 8223 4524 or email us at estore@grundysshoes.com.au for advice before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults, items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted and faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you at your own expense.

Refunds for goods deemed as faulty, will be credited by the method of payment at time of purchase.

 

DAMAGED DELIVERIES OR INCORRECT SUPPLY OF SHOES

Grundy’s Shoes will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.

Before returning your damaged delivery or incorrect supply please notify our Customer Service on +61 (08) 8223 4524 or email us at estore@grundysshoes.com.au for advice before returning the item.

You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s) and shipping costs.

 

LAYBY POLICY

Please note layby is only available in store.

 

A 20% minimum layby deposit is required.

A layby can be cancelled by the purchaser within the 4 week period however the 20% deposit is payable as a cancellation fee, this fee compensates Grundy's Shoes selling, storage and administration costs.

We will endeavour to contact you for due date reminders, however, failure to complete payments in the specified time makes the goods and the 20% deposit liable for forfeiture

All goods on layby must be paid off at the original purchase price.
