RETURNING AN ONLINE PURCHASE VIA POST

Please note, return postage costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.

1.     

Ensure you meet the return policy requirements. (see below)

Fill out and complete our Online Returns Form

3.     

Place your item in a prepaid return’s satchel or your Grundy’s Shoes satchel with your original packing slip or order number enclosed. Please ensure items are packaged in such a way to protect them from damage in transit.

4.     

Send your parcel to:

Once your items have been received and assessed, your return request will be processed appropriately

Fill out and complete our in-store returns slip enclosed with your order

3.     

Take your item to your nearest Grundy’s Shoe store with your completed returns slip.

4.     

Once your items have been received and assessed by our staff, your return request will be processed appropriately

 

*All returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of our Grundy’s Shoes eStore receiving your items.

 

Terms & Conditions 

FOOTWEAR

Thank you for shopping with us at Grundy’s Shoes, we hope you love your new purchase. However, if wish to return an item bought online, we will provide you with a refund or credit note, if our returns policy requirements have been met.

To be eligible for a refund, all items must meet the following requirements:

  • Items must not be worn
  • Returned within 14 days of receiving the product
  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging

*A refund will not be processed if your item does not comply with our standards

Please note, postage costs are at your expense and are non-refundable.

 

ACCESSORIES AND SHOE CARE

Accessories and shoe care cannot be refunded. 

 

EXCHANGES

Purchases made online cannot be exchanged. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

 

FAULTY ITEMS

If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify our eStore Team via email at estore@grundysshoes.com.au for advice before returning the item.

Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults, if the items deemed faulty are subject to wear and tear, they will not be accepted as faulty and the goods will be returned to you.

If it is determined that the items are in fact faulty due to a manufacturing issue, a refund will be processed by crediting the method of payment used at the time of the purchase.
