Online Returns Policy
If your purchase does not entirely meet your satisfaction, you may return unworn items within 14 business days from when the date the product was received, for a refund.
If you drop your online return into a store, please note all returns will be processed through Head Office within 1-3 business days of receiving the item(s) at our Head Office and during business hours only (Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).
ACCESSORIES/SHOE CARE CANNOT BE REFUNDED
Refunds - Must include the return form!
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with a refund*. Simply return your unwanted goods to us in a prepaid satchel or your Grundy's Shoes satchel, the shoes MUST be sent back in a satchel, with the returns form filled out and follows these conditions:
- Unworn (please try on shoes whilst on carpet)
- In its original condition
- In its original shoe box that remains untampered with
- Within 14 business days from the date of receiving the product, with a copy of our returns form filled out. (Please note that this refund policy is for ONLINE only. If you have purchased your shoes in-store, a 7 day refund/30 day exchange policy applies)
*Please note, during the Christmas period from the 1st -31st December, orders may be returned after 30 business days of receiving the product.
Postage costs are at the buyers' expense and are non-refundable.

*A refund will not be processed if the goods returned do not comply with our Returns Policy.
Grundy's Shoes do not exchange online orders, if you have an item you wish to exchange, please return the original item and place a new order.Please note that returned items remain the responsibility of the customer and are returned at the customers expense unless the item is faulty, damaged or in the case of incorrect supply of shoes, so remember to ask for proof of postage/parcel tracking in case it goes missing.
In - Store Returns Policy
Purchased in store, a 7 day refund/30 day exchange policy applies. We cannot process refunds over the phone or online; refunds must be applied in-store. Credit notes can be issued over the phone and online.
If you intend to return a faulty item, please notify our Customer Service on (08) 8223 4524 or email us at email@example.com for advice before returning the item.
Goods received will be inspected for manufacturing faults, items deemed subject to wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. You will be notified and the goods will be returned to you.
Refunds for goods deemed as faulty, will be credited by the method of payment at time of purchase.
Damaged Deliveries or Incorrect Supply of Shoes
Grundy’s Shoes will rectify any products delivered damaged or incorrectly supplied.
Before returning your damaged delivery or incorrect supply please notify our Customer Service on (08) 8223 4524 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for advice before returning the item.
You will be notified by email when your return is received. We will replace damaged goods when possible, subject to availability; otherwise we will issue a full refund for the value of the damaged item(s) and shipping costs.
