As of 2nd April 2017, Australia Post has made changes to the way your parcels will be delivered. They will still have you sign for your parcel if you're home, but if you're not home and they determine there is a safe place for your parcel to be left on the premises, they will leave it there so it's waiting for you. They will also take a photo of the parcel as proof that it was delivered safely. If there is no safe place, they will leave a card as they normally would and take the parcel to a nearby Post Office for you to sign for and collect. If you DO NOT wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place on your premises, please write that you require Signature on Delivery in the Order Comments section when checking out. Please note that shipping is available within Australia and New Zealand only, however, we cannot send UGG AUSTRALIA items outside of Australia.



FREE Shipping within AUSTRALIA on orders over $100.

All orders under $100 will have a shipping charge of $10.00 for 1 pair of shoes, $5 for every extra pair.

We also offer Express Post within AUSTRALIA at $15 per pair.

Shipping to New Zealand via Registered Post OR Pack and Track is $30 for 1 pair and $10 for every extra pair*.

*Please note we are unable to ship UGG AUSTRALIA items out of Australia.

We will endeavor to process and dispatch orders within 1-3 business days (usually dispatched on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays), however, orders made on weekends and public holidays will be processed and dispatched within 1-4 business days. Express Post orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Any orders made after 3pm will be dispatched the next business day.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post, as soon as your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from us.

The currency of any transaction is Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

The following is a guideline only and based on reasonable expectations and experience. It shows the expected number of business days to deliver parcels within Australia. For delivery times between specific points, please confirm at your local post office or click here, as local conditions can affect normal standards.

Within the same state (business day after posting)
Within metropolitan areas of capital cities, or within the same city or town or an adjacent city or town in he same state: 2 days
Between a metropolitan area of capital city and a country location: 4 days
Between country locations: 5 days

To other states (business day after posting)
Melbourne: 2-3 days
Sydney: 3-4 days
Canberra: 3-4 days
Other capital cities: 5-6 days

Please note that during a sale or at times the when our warehouse is dispatching a higher volume of orders than normal, there could be delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Express Post is next business day delivery provided that the destination address of the Express Post Parcel is within the Guaranteed Next Business Day Network, however, Grundy's Shoes cannot guarantee this service as the Express Post guarantee does not apply to Express eParcel.

eParcel by Australia Post will use its best endeavours to deliver an Express Post Parcel within the next Business Day provided that the destination address of the Express Post Parcel is within the Guaranteed Next Business Day Network - click here to see if you're a part of this network.

We strive to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn't available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund or let you know if we can supply your order in the future.

In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit or missing from your expected delivery then you must inform us within seven working days of delivery of goods. If we receive no such notification, then you will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory.
