We hope you’re loving your new purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item purchased online, we’re happy to offer a refund or credit note — provided our returns policy has been met.
To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item has not been worn
- It is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
- It is in its original condition and packaging
Please note:
- Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
- We do not offer exchanges. If a change of size is required, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired size.

To return an online purchase via post, please follow these steps:
- Ensure you meet the return policy requirements.
- Fill out and complete your returns slip located on the bottom of your packing slip. Please contact us if you require a new packing slip.
- Place your item in a prepaid return’s satchel or your Grundy’s Shoes satchel with your original packing slip or order number enclosed. Please ensure items are packaged in such a way to protect them from damage in transit.
- Send your parcel to: Grundy’s Shoes – Attn: eStore 102, Jetty Rd Glenelg 5045 SA
- Once your items have been received and assessed, your return request will be processed appropriately.
- All returns will be processed within 1-3 business days of our Grundy’s Shoes eStore receiving your items.
To return an online purchase in store, please follow these steps:
- Ensure your item meets the return policy requirement.
- Fill out and complete our in-store returns slip located on the bottom of your packing slip.
- Take your item to your nearest Grundy's Shoes store with your completed returns slip.
- Once your items have been received and assessed, your return will be processed appropriately.
