To qualify for a refund, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • The item has not been worn
  • It is returned within 14 days of receiving your order
  • It is in its original condition and packaging

Please note:

  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be eligible for a refund
  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable
  • We do not offer exchanges. If a change of size is required, please return your original order and place a new order for the desired size.
